Not every brand needs the same thing. And not every project needs to start in the same place.

There’s no one-size-fits-all way to work with Verte Studio.

Sometimes you’re starting from scratch and need to step back and figure out what your brand is actually about before thinking about colours, fonts or logos. Sometimes you already know what you need — a visual identity, a website, a campaign or a few key brand applications. And sometimes you have a brand you love, but need ongoing creative support to keep things moving. That’s why Verte Studio is designed to be flexible.

Start with the foundations

For new businesses, evolving brands or businesses that feel like their current identity no longer quite fits, the best place to begin is often with strategy.

Brand strategy gives us space to step back and look at the bigger picture — what you’re building, who you’re building it for, what makes it distinctive and how you want it to be understood. From there, we can develop the visual identity: the logo, typography, colour, imagery and visual language that give those ideas form.

Take it beyond the identity

A brand doesn’t exist in isolation.

Once the foundations are in place, there are all the places your audience actually encounters it — your website, social channels, campaigns, packaging, presentations, printed materials and everything in between. Verte Studio can help carry the identity across those touchpoints, creating considered and consistent experiences wherever your brand shows up. This might mean designing a website, creating a social media system, developing campaign assets or extending the identity across physical brand applications.

Sometimes you just need a little more support

Not every project needs a full branding process.

You might need another perspective on an existing identity, help refining your brand, a brand audit before making bigger decisions, or a focused block of design time to work through a list of things that have been sitting on your to-do list. There are also times when the most useful thing is simply having another creative person in the room — someone to challenge an idea, help make a decision or see something you might have missed. That’s where brand refreshes, audits, consultations, VIP Design Days and ongoing creative support can come in.

Who I work with

Verte Studio works with founders and businesses who care about what they’re building and want their brand to reflect that.

Clients often work across wellness, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, hospitality and other visually driven spaces, as well as creative businesses and personal brands. The common thread isn’t necessarily the industry. It’s the way they approach their business. They tend to value clarity, intention, character, collaboration and longevity. They want to understand the thinking behind the work rather than simply being handed something that looks good. And they’re looking for a creative partner who can look beyond the immediate deliverable and understand the bigger picture.

Finding the right place to start

You don’t need to know exactly what you need before getting in touch.

Maybe you have a clear brief. Maybe you have a collection of ideas that haven’t quite come together yet. Or maybe you just know that something isn’t working and you’re not sure why. That’s all useful information. The first step is simply a conversation about what you’re building, where your brand is now and what you’d like to change. From there, we can work out what makes sense — whether that’s a focused project, a broader brand process or ongoing creative support.

There’s no need to fit your business into a predefined package. The work should fit the business.

A good place to begin

If you’re considering a new brand, refining an existing one or simply want to talk through what’s next, get in touch.
