Working with Verte Studio: Policies at a Glance
At Verte Studio, I believe the best work comes from clear communication, mutual respect, and aligned expectations. The following policies are here to ensure a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable experience for both of us.
If you ever have questions, I’m always happy to clarify — just reach out.
Booking & Payment

-
A non-refundable booking fee of 60% is required to secure your project and confirm your place in my schedule.
-
The remaining balance is due as outlined in your invoice or project proposal.
-
Projects under USD $300 require full payment upfront.
-
Work will only begin once the booking fee has been received.
Payment Terms & Late Fees

-
Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless otherwise stated.
-
Late payments may incur a late fee of 2.5% per month on any overdue balance.
-
Verte Studio reserves the right to pause work until outstanding invoices are settled.
Scope of Work
All services are delivered based on the agreed scope outlined in your proposal and/or invoice.
-
Work completed in line with the approved brief is considered billable, even if final deliverables are not used for subjective reasons.
-
Any changes outside the agreed scope will be quoted and approved in writing before work begins.
Revisions & Feedback

-
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, as outlined in your proposal or invoice.
-
A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback provided at once.
-
Additional revisions or ongoing changes beyond scope may be billed separately at an hourly or per-round rate.
-
Small or miscellaneous items (stationery, social media templates, etc) include up to 2 rounds of revisions as part of the project fee.
Major changes — such as shifts in direction after approval or requests for entirely new concepts — are not included in the original scope and will be quoted separately.
Pause Policy
Timely feedback is essential to keeping projects on track.
-
If feedback or required information is delayed for 30 business days, the project may be placed on pause.
-
To resume work after a pause, a Pause Fee of 5% of the total project fee may apply.
-
Timelines will be adjusted accordingly, and projects may be rescheduled based on availability.
Cancellations & Termination

-
Either party may terminate a project with 7 days’ written notice.
-
If a project is cancelled by the client without cause, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total project value may apply.
-
All completed work up to the termination date remains payable.
Ownership & Usage Rights

-
All designs and deliverables remain the property of Verte Studio until full payment has been received.
-
Upon final payment, full ownership and usage rights are transferred to you.
-
Unpaid work may not be used, shared, published, or distributed in any form.
Verte Studio reserves the right to request removal of unpaid work from websites or social platforms if necessary.
Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Verte Studio retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
Confidential or unreleased projects will never be shared without permission.
Third-Party Costs
Any third-party expenses (such as stock imagery, fonts, mockup templates, or printing costs) must be approved in advance and are billed separately.
Rush & Priority Work
Urgent requests, weekend work, or accelerated timelines may incur a rush fee of 20–40%, depending on availability and scope.
Communication & Conduct
I value respectful, professional communication at all times. Verte Studio reserves the right to pause or terminate a project if communication becomes inappropriate, hostile, or disrespectful.
Governing Law
All services are governed by the laws of Verte Studio’s primary business jurisdiction. Any disputes will be handled under this jurisdiction.
Final Notes
By booking services with Verte Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
My goal is always to create a supportive, collaborative experience — with clear boundaries that allow great work to happen.

If anything here feels unclear, I’m always happy to talk it through.
